Service Description: 24-hour service for those living in or receiving services in Oxford County * staff members respond by phone and/or mobile to individuals experiencing a sudden or unexpected event that places them in distress * referrals are provided to appropriate agencies * follow up services also provided to ensure community support services are in place

Reasons for reaching out include:
  • crisis intervention
  • emotional trauma, distress, or relapse
  • thoughts of suicide of harming yourself or others
  • access to community supports and addictions treatment
  • substance use, gaming, internet disorder and problem gambling
  • general information about mental health and addictions

Note: Children and Youth - can be accessed by child and youth after regular business hours (including weekends) * during business hours Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm
