Fitness Programs - Yoga, Tai Chi, seated exercise, Pilates

Free Open Gym - Access to exercise equipment at the Markdale site Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm * ages 14 years and older or under 14 with adult accompaniment * fitness plans and equipment orientation - call for appointment

Indoor and Outdoor Walking Programs - Dundalk, Flesherton, Markdale * call for times and locations

Pickle Ball - at Markdale Arena and Osprey Community Centre * call or check website for times

After School and PD Day Programs - After school program runs once a week for grades 4-8 with physical activity and a healthy snack at Highpoint, Beavercrest, Osprey and Holland Chatsworth schools * call for more information about PD Day programs

Skate Exchange Program - Donate or pick-up used skates * skates of all sizes available * no eligibility criteria * new helmets available * free
