Service Description: Regular visits and phone calls to check on the health and safety of people who live alone * screened volunteers listen, talk, and help isolated people stay in contact with the outside world

Daily door-to-door security checks are provided by volunteers for residents living in apartment buildings * program available in the city of London and Middlesex counties

Vial of Life program assists clients in maintaining up-to-date medical information for medical personnel * trained volunteers with medical backgrounds contact clients to ensure their information is up to date
