Service Description: Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for older adults in a group setting for part of the day * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care

Provides supervised activities in a group setting * caregivers are given respite, support information and appropriate agency referral
  • friendship and leisure activities
  • personal care
  • counseling
  • exercise program
  • outings and recreational activities weather permitting
  • blood pressure checks and weight monitoring

Currently accepting referrals and will contact clients once lockdown measures have been lifted for reopening
