Service Description: Inpatient beds for people needing intensive and comprehensive rehabilitation services

Patients are most often recovering from a stroke, an orthopedic condition (ex, following a fracture), or are medically complex * rehabilitation program requires that individuals actively participate in and can tolerate 2-3 hours of therapy per day * individuals are assessed with respect to the level and type and type of rehabilitation services they require * care is planned and delivered based on goals identified in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team and their families * includes recreation therapy services
