  • assessment

  • family education and support
  • referral and advocacy services to community agencies

Eligibility - Population(s) Served: People with a severe mental health issue (ex, Schizophrenia, depression, or bipolar disorder) that has been diagnosed by a psychiatrist and has been disabling for some time and are aged 16 years and older and live in the Owen Sound area
