Service Description: One-on-one, couples, family therapy, group therapy, counselling and support for at risk seniors and persons with physical disabilities and their significant others * men's and women's groups
 
Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - Contracted service through employer offering employees help with personal concerns
 
Program for Older Adults or Persons with Physical Disabilities and their Caregivers - One-on-one supports for coordinating services, including personal advocacy, filling out forms, and income tax clinics * interventions and clinical counseling for people facing critical life changes, or abuse * referrals to other community support services as necessary
 
Violence Against Women (VAW) Program - Individual counselling, safety planning, advocacy, information and referrals for issues associated with past or present abuse for women (aged 16 years and older) who have experienced domestic violence, sexual harassment, sexual assault and/or abuse (physical, sexual, verbal, emotional or financial) as an adult or in childhood
