In-home service - available in Hanover, Walkerton, Chesley, Ayton, Clifford, Mildmay, Durham and surrounding areas * in-home services need referral by doctors associated with the lab
Fees: Most services covered by OHIP with a doctor's order * $30 fee for home visits
Application: Medical referral required for most tests, bring doctor's (OHIP) order form * no appointment necessary for services, with the exception of holter monitoring
