Service Description: Assists people with a disability to achieve their employment goals

Helps with every aspect of finding meaningful employment, including job readiness, resume writing, job searches, development with potential employers and work site job coaching * people are supported in a variety of jobs, ranging from office administration to manufacturing and customer service

Works with businesses who want to to employ a person with a developmental disability, or a business that has contract work to be completed * employers develop a greater understanding of the abilities of people
  • save time searching for a new employee
  • find the right person for the job
  • hire dedicated, long term employees
  • benefit from diversity training
  • access a job coach, at no cost, to provide on-site training
