Service Description: Mental health treatment for youth who experience severe emotional, social and/or behavioural difficulties at home and/or in the community and who are unable to remain in the home full time or in a less intensive setting

Multidisciplinary team works with youth and family and key other supports * transitional supports available
 
Bridgeway - two 9-bed, voluntary, out of home treatment program serving male youth 12-18 and their families
 
Serenity Programs - Highly specialized and individualized out of home program
 
St George Street Community Treatment Home - 8-bed community-based residential treatment program in London serving adolescent males and their families
 
Woodview Program - Highly specialized program for females involved with the youth justice system, focused on the protection of society
Fees: Free * set fee for some services
Application: Call * referrals from parents, adolescents, school officials, courts, and other service providers * family members are involved in the process
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Youth with mental health issues, aged 12-18 years, including young offenders and those with intellectual challenges
