Service Description: Accessibility and personal counselling services:

Accessibility Counselling - includes academic and placement accommodations, learning strategies and supports, text and exam accommodations, adaptive technology, assessments, and interpreters for deaf students

Personal Counselling - includes individual counselling, same day and urgent appointments, transition programs, mental health case management, and sexual violence prevention advisor support

Groups & Workshops - groups and workshops to support students with maintaining a balanced lifestyle * call or check website for event times and locations

Good 2 Talk - Post secondary student helpline * operates daily 24 hrs, 365 days per year * provides professional counselling and information and referrals for mental health, addictions, and well-being * free, professional, and anonymous support for students in Ontario (1-866-925-5454)
