Service Description: Service for people facing a mental health or addictions challenge * crisis intervention * telephone support * referral to other appropriate agencies if necessary * program supported by Stratford General Hospital and Alexander Marine and General Hospital * 6 bed transition house for clients who need short-term housing (2 week stay)

24 hour mobile in person assistance crisis services available for assessment:
  • at all hospital emergency departments in Huron and Perth
  • in homes (with police)
  • in schools
  • in doctor offices
  • mobile with police in Huron and Perth counties

Eligibility - Population(s) Served: People with a persistent serious mental illness or in acute mental health distress * family members and the community
