Service Description: Pregnancy options counselling, therapeutic abortions, resource and community outreach speakers and educators

Dating ultrasound available on day of assessment with the nurse * must have medical confirmation of pregnancy to book ultrasound * if ultrasound has been done prior to booking, a copy of results must be brought to nursing assessment appointment
 
Obstetrical Self Referral Clinic - Prenatal care for women without a family doctor * provides services to women who require obstetrical medical care, support, resources and assistance throughout their pregnancy
Fees: Covered by OHIP
Application: Self-referral with medically confirmed pregnancy before booking appointment * patients can have pregnancy confirmed by family physician or local health unit * have health card ready when calling the clinic
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Women of all ages with a medically confirmed pregnancy
