Service Description: Provides and administers various public and social housing programs in Perth County, St Marys and Stratford for low-income singles, couples, families, people with special needs, seniors and victims of domestic violence

Housing Access Centre (HAC) - Determines eligibility for public and social housing programs and manages the Co-ordinated Access Waiting List for Perth County, St. Marys and Stratford

Public Housing - Rent-geared-to-income (RGI) housing for low to moderate income individuals and families in Stratford, St Marys and Perth County * 663 public housing units

Rent Supplement Program - Rent subsidized units in privately owned building under the rent supplement program

Social Housing - Administers and monitors funding to nonprofit and co-operative housing providers offering Rent Geared to Income units
 
Perth County Community Homelessness Prevention Initiative - Financial assistance for people experiencing or at risk of homelessness * benefit can be requested once every 24-month period * assistance may include, rental arrears, utility arrears, rent start up and home repairs (if not completed would create risk of homelessness)
