Service Description: Community centre for older adults * therapy pool * and fitness room with equipment that is physically friendly for older adults.

Programs include: aquability classes, baby and me, open times, pool fitness classes etc.

Private pool rentals during the week for those requiring therapy and have a therapist to work with them .)pre/ post hip and knee surgery, stroke and cardiac rehab etc.

Private swimming  lessons for children Monday to Friday.

Call to inquire about pool rental for private swims * some classes open to the general public
