Service Description: Family centered care for families

Families are encouraged to participate in the pre-registration program at 35-36 weeks into their gestation; complete and submit their paperwork and a birth plan to the hospital prior to birth * pre-admit services include virtual tour found on the website * triage service is available for labour assessment and fetal well-being from 20 weeks gestation and up* the unit has 5 birthing rooms with private bathrooms each with an air jet tub, 24-hour epidural support and consultation with an Obstetrician * affiliated with Thames Valley Midwives
