Holistic services for Chippewas of Nawash Band Members living in the community who have a physical, emotional, mental or social need for
assistance * helps people remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible * needs assessments and case management conducted by community nurse
Homemaker Program and In-Home Personal Support - Supports for the activities of daily living, including personal care, light housekeeping, short-term loan of home care equipment and supplies
