Service Description: Supportive and psycho-educational groups for women and children experiencing abuse or dealing with the effects of trauma, depression, and anxiety * offered throughout the year, including groups running at the same time for mothers and their children

Common Threads - Program for women * focuses on education around intimate partner abuse and covers topics such as defining abuse, exploring impacts of abuse and survival skills

Exploring Your World through Art
- Program for women * women use their choice of art, craft materials, and/or written expression to learn about themselves in a safe and non-intrusive group setting

Peaceful Families
- Community-based program for groups for moms and their children, ages 5 to 18, who have experienced abuse in their family * groups for mom and children run concurrently (at the same time) * moms given the opportunity to process and understand the hurting that happened in their family from a child-centered perspective * children given the opportunity to process and understand the hurting that happened in their family

Circle of Security - Relationship-based, early intervention program for moms with young children * designed to enhance attachment security between parents and children

Girls Creating Change - 8-week discussion group for young women, ages 14 to 18 years, to discuss issues important to them * issues discussed may include: gender identity and what it means to be a woman; self-esteem; boundaries; being assertive; healthy sexuality; power/privilege and its effects on our lives; violence; self-harm; bullying; leadership and taking action

Women's Empowerment -This group focuses on increasing their self-esteem and self-empowerment. Topics include self-esteem, self-care, healthy sexuality, sleep hygiene and empowerment

Equine Group - In partnership with Heartwood Equine Connections. Two day group workshop where horses are a therapeutic tool to provide emotional healing for women who have experienced violence and trauma
