Service Description: Rehabilitation services including assessment, consultation and intervention

Team includes:

Inpatient care and care at designated outpatient clinics
 
Acquired Brain Injury - Rehabilitation services, including inpatient assessment, consultation, and intervention for children and youth with acquired brain injuries
 
Cardiorespiratory - Cardiorespiratory rehabilitation services, including inpatient assessment, consultation, and intervention for children and youth
 
Feeding and Swallowing - Rehabilitation, including assessment, consultation, and intervention for inpatient children and youth with feeding and swallowing issues
 
High Risk Infants - Rehabilitation services, including inpatient assessment, consultation, and intervention for infants determined to be at high risk
 
Neurology - Rehabilitation services, including inpatient assessment, consultation and intervention for children with neurological conditions
