Service Description: Emergency assessments are conducted in the emergency room by a team consisting of nurses, social workers, psychiatrists, and residents

Works in collaboration with community partners including mental health agencies and family doctors * family doctors and/or Emergency Department (ED) doctors are involved in the initial stages of the assessment process * involved in clinical research related to assessment and reduction of return ED visits
