Service Description: Support, education, and outreach for children and youth with disabilities, and their families and caregivers

Adapted Fitness Centre - Access to fitness facilities at TVCC, schools and in the community for clients with education and support from staff

Kids on the Block - Troupe of life-sized puppets who educate children, youth, parents, teachers and the community about disabilities, abilities, acceptance, diversity and inclusion

Parent Mentor Services
- Mentoring program for parents of children with special needs to assist in navigating the special education system

Pediatric Acquired Brain Injury Community Outreach Program (PABICOP)
- Clinic services for children and adolescents with acquired brain injuries (ABI) and their families

Recreation Therapy
- Supporting access to recreation activities and leisure for children with disabilities

Social Work
- Social Work services for TVCC clients and families

TVCC Storytellers - Group of young people with disabilities who raise public awareness of "Abilities" and "Possibilities" through storytelling

Youth-Based Services
- Various services for youth that assist in planning for their future, skills development and developing connections with other youth
