Service Description: Emergency program for low-income families and individuals in Huron County to prevent homelessness and provide access to financial supports.

Applicants must meet financial criteria and be faced with unexpected or sudden change in financial situation * program works with other agencies to cover costs * applications are assessed by Pathways Coordinator * applications must disclose source(s) of income * Ontario Works clients must contact their case worker for assistance

Eligibility
Residents of Huron County may be eligible for Pathways when faced with a sudden change in their circumstances, dependent upon on their household income.
