Service Description: Residential end-of-life care for those with a life-limiting illness. Care is provided in residence by 24-hour registered nursing staff with volunteer support.

Volunteer support in the form of visits, short respite, and complimentary therapies in-residence or in the community.

Grief and bereavement support for adults, children, and youth in-residence and in the community.

Application: Referral required * call for details
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: People requiring end-of-life care, caregivers in community, and bereaved friends, family members, or loved ones.
Languages: English ; French
Language Note: Spoken languages available - English other languages will be accommodated by volunteers or language interpreter
