Service Description: Drop-in program for people who are experiencing mental health issues or concerns * Single session therapy approach is used to address the immediate problem as identified by the person seeking support * collaborative partnership with various community agencies

After attending Walk-In Counselling, brief therapy is available * brief therapy is an outpatient mental health service designed to further address the person’s presenting issue by offering up to 3 brief solution focused sessions * pending the outcome of the brief therapy sessions, referrals to internal/external supports can be facilitated based on the person’s needs
