Service Description: Assessment, treatment and referrals of people with substance use, internet, gaming and problem gambling issues * services include crisis intervention, virtual supports, mobile crisis teams, police partnerships, case management, counselling, community wellness programs, housing supports and addiction medicine supports * treatment and service plans are developed based on standardized screening and assessment
 
Back On Track Program - Provincially mandated program for convicted impaired drivers and drivers who receive two or more provincial alcohol or drug related driving offences
 
Community Opioid Addiction Program - Offers direct client services and community education for people with opioid addictions * assessment and screening required for entry into the treatment program
 
Community Wellness - Activity opportunities for people living with a mental illness
 
Crisis Response Service - Mental health crisis phone service * service provide by Reach Out crisis response line * professional mental health counsellor helps with immediate crisis * will refer to other supports and services in the community for longer term assistance
 
Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Based Programming - Dialectical Behavioural Therapy for those who have self-harming behaviours, have a difficult time regulating their emotions and who would like to learn new strategies for coping and mindfulness
 
Mind over Mood (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) Group - Group program for adults who are experiencing depression, anxiety, a difficult life transition or situation
 
Peer Support - Peer support groups for people struggling with both addictions and mental health issues
 
Substance Use Program - Treatment planning and community-based outpatient treatment for people with substance use concerns
 
Transitional Case Management Services - Mental health support to adults with a serious mental illness
