Service Description: Virtual clinic providing behavioural and functional treatments for:
  • insomnia (CBT-i)
  • headaches and migraines (progressive muscle relaxation, CBT, psychological techniques)
  • fatigue (CBT for energy management)
  • lower back pain
  • hypertension
  • persistent concussion symptoms
Treatment for common health conditions focuses on physiological training approaches rather than pharmacological intervention and provides computer based training, group counselling, mindfulness and other therapy-based treatments from licensed physicians, occupational therapists and psychotherapists.

Recommendations are sent back to patient's primary health care provider
Fees: OHIP and private pay
Application: physician or nurse practitioner referral required for OHIP funded services
