Service Description: Facile Perth is a non-profit organization, located in Stratford, Ontario, serving people with a disability and their families across Huron-Perth. Our organization was founded by families who have a loved one with a disability.

Independent facilitators provide information and support to assist people with disabilities and their families to plan for and build a life in the community.

Building a good life for yourself or a loved one with a disability is an exciting journey. However, it can be challenging and overwhelming at times. It can also be incredibly rewarding. Our organization works to make the journey easier, and our facilitators ensure you do not have to walk that journey alone. We start with the question:

What does a good life look like for you or your loved one?

From there, we figure out what are the needed goals and actions to move towards that vision.

Our services include:
  • Service Navigation Supports
  • Short and Long-Term Planning
  • Transition Planning
  • Community Connections
  • Informed Decision-Making
  • Workshops and Resources
