Repetitive Strain Injuries - South West

A Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI) includes a spectrum of conditions, from tendonitis to carpal tunnel syndrome to bursitis and is characterized by pain and loss of feeling in a limb resulting from repeated movements or sustained static loading on the part. The hand, wrist, and arm are the most commonly affected limbs.
