Palliative Pain and Symptom Management Consultation Programs - Oxford and Norfolk

Pain and symptom management are an essential component in the delivery of hospice palliative care. The Palliative Pain and Symptom Management Consultation Program provides health care providers with access to consultation, education, mentorship, and referral resources.
 
These services are located outside of Oxford and Norfolk, but provide service to Oxford and Norfolk.

Anyone who needs a test can get one and does not need an OHIP card. Tests are made available by appointment only at assessment centres and at pharmacies
