Financial Assistance for Rent and Utilities - Oxford and Norfolk

Programs that provide financial assistance for low-income individuals and families to help pay rent so that people can stay in their homes, and to cover utility fees (such as electricity and heating).
 
These services are located outside of Oxford and Norfolk, but provide service to Oxford and Norfolk.

Anyone who needs a test can get one and does not need an OHIP card. Tests are made available by appointment only at assessment centres and at pharmacies
