Service Description: Program that provides family members, caregivers, and friends with tools to help during the recovery process of a loved one

Participants will learn about mental illness, coping strategies, and community support for both themselves and the person who is struggling with their mental health

Services include:
  • group education events
  • peer support
  • phone and email coaching support
  • one-on-one
