Service Description: Mentoring opportunities to meet the needs of young people and their families, as well as adults interested in volunteering

Community-Based Programs:
  • One-to-one mentoring
School-Based Programs:
  • Go Girls! group mentoring
  • Game On! group mentoring
  • One-to-one in-school mentoring
     
Non-Mentoring Volunteer Opportunities:
  • Special events committees
  • Governance sub-committees

Application: Prospective volunteers can contact directly or fill out online application * child enrollment is currently on hold for the community-based program due to high numbers waiting, referrals from schools are accepted for school programming* waiting period
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Little Brothers/Little Sisters - Children and youth 7 to 17 years
BBBSOLA Volunteers - People 18 years and older with police clearance, medical clearance and character references * must go through a screening and training process
