Service Description: Literacy and basic skills training, including numeracy, digital, communication and interpersonal skills * helps learners prepare for employment, apprenticeship, secondary-school credit, post-secondary education and greater independence (daytime and evening options)


The Literacy and Basic Skills (LBS) program can lead to an entry into the Academic and Career Entrance (ACE) program * ACE combines four courses in an 8-week module * completion of the ACE program allows for most college level entrance programs (daytime and evening options)

Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Ontario residents 19 years and older, with reading, writing and math skills below Grade 12 of the Ontario Curriculum * must have facility in English or French
