Service Description: Inter-disciplinary out-patient assessment, treatment and referral for individuals 65 years and older who experience mental disorders of late life including:
  • dementia and related disorders
  • mood disorders
  • psychotic disorders

Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Adults 65 years and older experiencing a mental health disorder or who are dealing with the psychiatric aspects of mental problems that are related to the aging process * people under the age of 65 with age-related mental health issues or dementia
