Service Description: Short- and long-term residential programs for adults who are transitioning out correctional facilities, or involved in the forensic mental health care system * spaces available for people who have mental health challenges, or may be on probation with complex or unique need

CK Clarke Centre Transitional Rehabilitation Housing Programs - 6-bed residence for adults who are involved in the forensic mental health care system

Cody Centre Community Residential Facility - 21-bed residence for men serving federal sentences in the community

Gallagher Centre Community Residential Facility - 16-bed resident for adults who are currently involved, or at risk of involvement, in the criminal justice system

Maison Louise Arbour Community Residential Facility - 8-bed residence for women who are transitioning from the federal and provincial criminal justice systems and/or need mental health support in a crisis bed for up to 30 days
