- Employment counselling and job search training to help identify career goals and to find and keep employment offered for one-on-one and group work

YOU Made It Cafe
- Open to the public for breakfast and lunch and professional catering services * retail for Mushed preserves and gift baskets * youth participate in skills training programs preparing meals and gaining experience for future employment

YOU Made It Woodshop
- Youth build a variety of handmade wood products sold at various YOU locations * youth learn woodworking skills, safe tool use, and gain experience in an industrial setting
