Stratford, ON - thehealthline.ca Information Network is delighted to announce that Barbara Hagarty has joined the team as Regional Community Partnership Coordinator (RCPC) for Huron, Perth, Oxford and west Norfolk Counties.
The Network maintains thehealthline.ca, a health services website that lists more than 3,000 services across the South West Region. thehealthline.ca puts accurate information at the fingertips of consumers and professionals, making it easier for them to access health services and provide integrated care. Last year, there were more than 1.4 million visits to the site.
Hagarty is one of three RCPCs, one responsible for each of the southern, central and northern parts of the region. RCPCs work with health service providers in their communities, helping to ensure that their service information is accurate and that they are realizing the full benefit of the site.
“Barbara is a strong addition to a strong team,” says Michael Robbins, Project Coordinator for the thehealthline.ca Information Network. “The work of RCPCs is fundamental to our commitment to reflecting the uniqueness and diversity of our region and its communities.”
Hagarty is an experienced healthcare professional with a deep commitment to quality improvement. Most recently she worked as the Quality and Resource Liaison for South Huron-Perth Hospice Service and Quality Lead for VON Perth-Huron.

Hagarty is based at the Stratford office of the South West CCAC. She is a long-term resident of Perth County.
