Multicultural Association of Perth Huron Open House Announces Official Office Hours
The Multicultural Association Perth-Huron is a Project of the United Way Perth-Huron. It provides information, and referrals to service providers for newcomers to Perth and Huron Counties. The Multicultural Association Perth-Huron attempts to facilitate full participation of all Perth-Huron residents in the life of their communities and to foster the cultural diversity that exists within these communities.
On March 25, 2014 an Open House was held at the Multicultural Association Perth-Huron office for supporting agencies and community partners to attend. This was an opportunity for local agencies to view the resources that are available for individuals to access at the Multicultural office. The Multicultural Association Perth-Huron also took this opportunity to officially announce its office hours. Monday-Thursday 9:00 am - 4:30 pm and Friday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm the Multicultural Association Perth-Huron office, located at 32 Erie Street, Stratford ON, will be staffed to assist with newcomers’ needs. Staff are also able, by appointment, to travel to meet throughout Perth and Huron Counties.
Since June 2013, the Multicultural Association Perth-Huron has provided referrals for over 170 individuals from 54 different countries.
