Aging Without Boundaries
June 2014 marks the 30th anniversary of Seniors’ Month. This year’s theme is Aging Without Boundaries: 30 Years of Celebrating Seniors.
The theme recognizes the contributions seniors have made to their community and the contributions they are still making every day across Ontario.
Municipalities and community organizations are encouraged to hold Seniors’ Month events including award ceremonies, recognition events, socials and seniors’ information and active living fairs.
This month, United Way of Bruce Grey will be holding it's 7th Annual Seniors' Fair at the Harry Lumley Bayshore Community Centre in Owen Sound. Click here for event details.
