Meadow Park Long Term Care
Meadow Park London Accreditation

We are pleased to report to you that Meadow Park Long Term Care has been accredited for a period of three years for its Excellence in Person-Centered Care in Aging Services from CARF International. Previously, Meadow Park was awarded a two year Accreditation.

By pursuing and achieving accreditation, Meadow Park Long Term Care has demonstrated that it meets international standards for quality and is committed to pursuing excellence. A quality improvement plan is now being developed in order to meet or surpass the survey recommendations and will be submitted to CARF in 2015.

This accreditation decision represents the highest level of accreditation that can be awarded to an organization and shows the organization’s substantial conformance to the CARF standards. An organization receiving a Three-Year Accreditation has put itself through a rigorous peer review process and has demonstrated to a team of surveyors during an on-site visit that its programs and services are of the highest quality, measurable, and accountable.

Meadow Park Long Term Care provides 24 hour nursing care and supervision within a secure setting to community of London and surrounding areas. Highly trained and compassionate staff provide resident-centred care to meet physical, social and cognitive needs to their residents. As a part of the Jarlette Health Services family of homes, the home is committed to providing exceptional care to their residents. They are currently completing renovations that will create an enhanced living experience for our residents with unparalleled views and open spaces.

CARF is an independent, nonprofit accrediting body whose mission is to promote the quality, value, and optimal outcomes of services through a consultative accreditation process that centers on enhancing the lives of the persons served. Founded in 1966 as the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, and now known as CARF, the accrediting body establishes consumer-focused standards to help organizations measure and improve the quality of their programs and services.

We would welcome an opportunity to further acquaint you with our services and respond to your questions. Do not hesitate to contact Lisa Spurgeon, Resident and Family Services Coordinator at 519-686-0484 ext 37 for more information or to book a tour of our home.
