Recruitment of Three New Family Physicians to Stratford
The Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance and the Stratford Family Health Team are pleased to announce the recruitment of the following three new family physicians to Stratford; Dr. Danielle Anstett; Dr. Veronika Kurtz and Dr. Andrew Prout.
Each of the new physicians has committed to begin their family practices in Stratford on February 2, 2015.
Patients looking for a family physician are encouraged to contact Health Care Connect at 1-800-445-1822. You will need a valid Health Card and your mailing address must be up to date. If you prefer, online registration is available at www.ontario.ca/healthcareconnect.
