On September 12th and 13th, The Halls Creek Festival of Creativity brings you local flavour and experiences with their Gourmet Village hosted by Oxford Fresh and sponsored by Ontario's Southwest. Learn tips and tricks from the county's best bakers, chefs and farmers. See cooking demos and meet celebrity food bloggers.

Experience Local Food:

  • Join the Norwich and Ingersoll Museum to make stone oven biscuits with freshly churned butter. Use pioneer tools to work with grains on the sheath and learn how a stone oven works
  • Watch as Thomas Cushing of Fruit Expectations carves works of cheese, fruits and vegetables
  • Join Sue from the Olde Bakery Cafe as she helps you master making biscuits
  • Start your morning with an Indigo Lounge yoga class and free yogurt
