Are you over 55 years?
Do you live at home?
If you answered yes, then you may be interested in our research study.
Most Canadians have not done their Advance Care Planning (ACP), a process where people decide their future healthcare options if they become unable to make choices.
You are invited to participate in a Research study. The aim of the study is to learn what seniors think about medical treatments that are offered in the hospital.
We would like to interview you. This will take about an hour of your time. A Tim Horton's gift card will be offered for study participation.
