Middlesex-London in motion
Join the in motion Community Challenge this October!
Middlesex-London in motion™ is a community campaign to promote and celebrate healthy and active living. Being in motion™ means including healthy eating and physical activity as a part of a healthy lifestyle.
Last year the London community collected over 4.7 million minutes of physical activity!
What is the in motion™ Community Challenge?

How can you, your family, and others participate?
- Set a physical activity goal for what you want to achieve during the month of October
- Track your physical activity minutes 2 ways (whichever is best for you):
- Using the free in motion™ Community Challenge app on your mobile device/smartphone/computer/tablet/laptop. The App can be access on inmotionfor4life.ca/app or downloaded to your phone from the App store

What happens at the end of the Challenge?

Tips to get some extra minutes:
- Play or walk with your family at local parks and trails. Check with our partners for more information
- Bike, run, skip or play outside after school instead of TV or screen time
- Go for a walk during your lunch hour, or with your family after dinner
- Plan neighbourhood activities and events like soccer or baseball games
