Fresh from the Farm fundraiser for Ontario schools

Since 2013, 152 Ontario schools have participated in the Fresh from the Farm fundraiser. In total, they collectively distributed over 130,000 kilograms of fresh, Ontario grown fruit and vegetables to Ontario families, and raised more than $112,000 for school initiatives.
 
Visit the Fresh from the Farm website to see if your local school is eligible to enroll.  Hurry – the deadline to register is October 9th and the deadline to submit school orders is October 16th.
 
Here’s what’s for sale:

  • $10 for Bundle A: 5 lb potatoes, 3 lb onions, 3 lb carrots and 3 lb sweet potatoes from Ontario.
  • $15 for Bundle B: 8 lb box Ontario Empire apples.
