Community Food Assessment
The Middlesex-London Health Unit, London Food Bank and other community partners want to know what residents of Middlesex-London think about our local food system.
A community survey was launched on October 19, 2015 and can be completed by clicking here.
By completing the survey, you will be entered into a draw for 17 prizes of $50 in Harvest Bucks.
