HPHA Announces United Way Workplace Campaign Goal

After surpassing their goal last year, the Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance (HPHA) has set another aspiring fundraising target for this year’s United Way Campaign.

HPHA’s United Way Workplace Campaign Committee announced that staff hope to raise $50,000 for the United Way Perth-Huron during their two week campaign which kicked off Monday and runs until October 30th.

“HPHA staff are proud supporters of the Annual United Way Campaign,” stated Andrew Williams, President & CEO. “Donations remain local, are targeted at the areas of greatest need and contribute to improving the health and wellbeing of thousands of residents across Huron and Perth,” he said.

With an In-Year Campaign goal of $1,275,000 and the introduction, for the first time of a 3-year goal of $4,000,000, the United Way Perth-Huron is poised to make the most significant and positive impact to the quality of life of residents right across Huron and Perth in its history.

“In my capacity as Chair of this year’s Perth-Huron campaign, I have had the opportunity to witness how far-reaching the effects of a successful campaign can be. As such, I urge, and challenge as many organizations as possible to join the HPHA in hosting employee campaigns,” he concluded.

Last year, HPHA celebrated their most successful campaign with donations totaling $48,000.39.
