Mental Health and Addictions Crisis Centre Opening January 11th, 2016

Starting January 11th, the Mental Health and Addictions Crisis Centre will be open 24/7 for walk in crisis assessment and support.

The Mental Health and Addictions Crisis Centre is a partnership between the Canadian Mental Health Association Middlesex and Addiction Services of Thames Valley.

The Crisis Centre provides immediate crisis assessment, intervention, stabilization and links to community resources for individuals (16 and older) experiencing a crisis that doesn't require medical treatment.

No referral is needed. You can walk in 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The Mental Health and Addictions Crisis Centre is located at 648 Huron St in London, Ontario.

If you, a family member of friend (over the age of 16) are experiencing:

  • A serious mental health or addictions problem
  • A situational crisis
  • Psychosis
  • Risk of self-harm or harm to others
  • Emotional trauma
  • Agitation and sleeplessness
  • Severe depression or anxiety
  • Symptoms of substance use withdrawal and needing support
  • Suicidal thoughts
  • Crisis resulting from a gaming/internet disorder or problem gambling
