Municipal-First Nations Relationship in Focus

This Friday, May 27, Chief Leslee White-Eye and members of Chippewas of the Thames First Nation Band Council and staff will join Mayor Matt Brown, Deputy Mayor Maureen Cassidy and City staff to discuss ways to strengthen our existing relationship and work together to build a stronger London and neighbouring First Nation communities. This meeting also forms an opportunity to move forward on Council's commitment to work with the First Nations in advancing two of the Calls of Action of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission and the development of a memorial in London.
