2016 Guys Caring for Kids Photo Contest
Celebrate summer, going outside, vacation...by capturing a photo of one of your favourite guys having fun with kids, grandkids, the kids in the neighbourhood. The seventh annual Guys Caring for Kids Photo Contest challenges photographers to capture the visual store of men of any age, in caring relationships with children. Photo submissions will be accepted until September 16, 2016.
Men are highly involved in the lives of children, as fathers, uncles, grandfathers, friends, coaches and neighbours. To recognize the value of positive male roles in our communities, several organizations have come together to celebrate the interactions of men with younger generations.
Photo submissions may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Doing chores or daily activities together
- Unstructured play
- Reading or doing homework
- Recreational or leisure activities
- Cuddling
